For my dear friend, the Big A. This little ditty started life as something I wrote for a Howard Stern Show contest. The idea was to take the lyrics from a terrible song "Restless, Restless" and polish the turd (I sent in 3 versions- a ballad that I still need to do something with, a 'Metal' version that has found new life as 'GrudgeFuck', and this one). This submission actually made it to the air, with me doing my best Brian Johnson impression. Artie Lang said he dug it, so I felt it necessary to resurrect the music. It's an homage to AC/DC, the Cult's 'Electric' album, Mr. Artie Lang himself, and of course, the Big A, one of the rockin'-est people I know (There are also obvious nods to Love/Hate, Kenny Loggins, Dio, and the Big A's former band, Homewrecker).
lyrics
Little Rock Queen, First time I saw ya you were just sixteen
But you were cool- I had to call in sick for work so I could drop you off at school
Now you're all grown, homewreckin' rock star
Cruisin' on your Harley or in your muscle car
Right into the Danger Zone
Plug in that guitar, Crank it up some more
She Rocks, She Rocks- In her studded belt and her Santa socks
She Rocks- Got the moves, take her to the top oh yeah
She Rocks, She Rocks- So damn hard nearly drive you insane, 'cause
She Rocks- she got the Rock runnin' through her veins
Fallin' down laughin'- In White Center with our matching fringe leather
Was it wine? Was it Jager? I don't remember the case
Lightning strap, finger tap, kissy face, Rock this place
She Rocks, She Rocks- In her studded belt and her Santa socks
She Rocks- Got the moves, take her to the top oh yeah
She Rocks, She Rocks- So damn hard nearly drive you insane, 'cause
She Rocks- she got the Rock runnin' through her veins
(wankery)
This song Rocks! So fuckin' hard, take us to the top
'Cause We Rock! I think your mama wants to clean my clock
This song Rocks! Just ask Ronnie James, 'cause he knows
That We Rock! Cocksuckin' Motherfuckin' Buttafüko!!
Fiyahhhhh!!!
